How we keep it light
No. 03 · StewardshipA small inn with a small footprint. We try to be good stewards of this corner of Manitou, here's what that looks like in practice.
Our beds are built with Hugelkultur, a permaculture method that layers logs and organic matter underground to hold water and feed the soil for years. Once established, they need almost no watering. Guests ask about them constantly, and we've been told they're some of the best in Manitou.

- Cotton throughout the rooms, on the way to 100%.
